  • Breaded Chicken Salad : salad, raw vegetables, onion, breaded chicken, black olives and feta
  • Local vegetarian plate : (Green salad, raw vegetables, tourtons, Champsaur ravioli, honey and donkey ears (spinach gratin)
  • Mountain platter : (Assortment of mountain charcuterie, local cheese, tourton and ravioli)
  • Sirloin steak approximately 200g (origin France) : fries, donkey ear (spinach gratin) and salad
  • Hamburger : minced steak or breaded chicken, fries and salad
  • Ravioli Gratin with Pesto and Cream : (Champsaur ravioli, pesto sauce and cream) served with green salad, tomatoes, onions
